Each of our Villas are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guests arrival, ensuring that the interior spaces of our Villas are luxurious and pristine. All interior surfaces are completely cleaned and sanitized. Tile and hardwood floors are washed and treated, and all soft goods laundered. Appliances are hand washed and sanitized. There is a one time cleaning fee for these services which is not built into the nightly rate. It is charged to each guest in place of a negotiable, refundable cleaning deposit.
